I built Otto because I was running my own service business out of seven tabs and lying to myself about how productive I was.

Every "all-in-one" platform was great at one thing and shallow on the rest. Every CRM was built for sales teams of fifteen, not operators of one. So I built the app I wanted: deep where the work actually lives — pipeline, invoices, time, money — and shallow everywhere else.

Otto came later. He's the otter who lives inside the app and does the busywork when you ask. He is not the product. The product is the app.

Is this a CRM?

It includes one — but it is also your invoicing, your time tracking, your calendar, and your books. We replace the stack a service business runs on, not just the pipeline.

Who is this for?

1–10 person service businesses. Designers, marketers, dev shops, consultants, coaches. People who sell their work. Not enterprise sales teams.

Can I import from HubSpot, Pipedrive, or HoneyBook?

Yes. CSV import for contacts, companies, and deals. Bank statement import (PDF or CSV) for finance records. We handle the messy parts.

Multi-currency?

Native. Primary + secondary currency per org. Live exchange rates. Invoices in any currency. Built outside the US.

Do I have to use the AI?
